On August 7, 2020 Rural Development published Procedural Notice (PN) 539 announcing final management fees for Fiscal Year 2021. The Indiana maximum management fee is $56 per occupied unit per month.

PN 539 includes allowable add-on fees. The majority of add-on fees will be $5.00 per unit per month (PUPM). Of particular interest to many AHAIN members is a $5.00 add-on fee for properties where there are multiple subsidies.
